Freddie Hand

Hooray! The first Soulmates in GAPP finally has a pair. Unfortunately it's also by me, so it feels forced. One of them is Penpa+ and the other is pzprxs, but I'm sure they'll get along like a house on fire.

Rules: Place a number into some cells such that for each numbered cell, exactly one other number of the same value is able to be reached by traveling through only empty cells, regardless of the distance of the path. The value of each number must be equal to the distance of the shortest possible path from it to its partner (again by traveling through only empty cells!)

Solving Tips
- You can use dots to mark cells which are empty, and circles to mark cells that contain a number (but you don't know which yet)
- For larger numbers, try to map out the path it would have to take to reach a partner. Are there any bottlenecks it must pass through? Any shortcuts that must be blocked off by other numbers?
