The letters in Onsen-Meguri anagram to Monseigneur. What is the significance of such a fact? I have no idea; I'll let you be the judge of that.

Rules: Draw non-intersecting loops through the centers of some cells. Every loop goes through exactly one circle, and every circle must have a loop. Loops may not overlap themselves or each other. A loop may visit any region at most once, and every region must be visited by at least one loop. Each loop must visit the same number of cells in every region it passes through. A number indicates how many cells that loop visits in each region.

GAPP 101: Look for what regions a certain loop can visit! If a loop visits X number of cells in each region, it cannot visit a region that consists of less than X cells.
