Freddie Hand

There has long been debate about what the best chat room. Many award that title to Discord. But I am here (on Discord) to tell you that the best chat room is Chat Room! If you want to dial in to complain, make sure you don't take too many wrong turns.

Rules: Draw paths through the centers of cells - one starting at each circle, and each ending at a phone - such that every cell is used. Paths may not cross each other or themselves. Each phone must be connected to exactly one white circle and exactly one black circle. A number in a circle indicates how many times its path turns before it reaches a phone.

Note: White and black circles cannot correct directly to each other! For any given phone, there must be path going from a white circle to that phone which passes through only empty cells, likewise for black circle.
